Returns

We really hope that you love your purchase and treasure it forever. However, if you do wish to make a return for any reason, please follow these steps.

To start a return you have 14 days to contact us via email info@lovemetwotimesbaby.com.au. Items must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving your order and will be at the buyers expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Faulty Items

If an item is received damaged or faulty please contact us at info@lovemetwotimesbaby.com.au 

 

Stolen or lost Parcels

LM2TB is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels; in this instance, we will do our best to ensure your parcel is returned to you. Please contact us at info@lovemetwotimesbaby.com.au  Insurance can be arranged at the customers' request and at an additional charge.
